Return & Refund Policy – Heaven Proof Clothing
At Heaven Proof Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Start a Return
- Fill out the Return Request Form directly on our website.
- Once submitted, our team will review your request and provide you with a prepaid return label via email.
- Print the label, attach it securely to your return package, and drop it off at the nearest UPS location.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Free Returns
All returns are completely free. Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
Additional Shipping Disclaimer
All orders from Heaven Proof Clothing are shipped via UPS and include insurance provided by UPS.
- In the rare case of a lost or damaged package during transit, customers should file a claim directly with UPS, as they are responsible for insured shipments.
- Our team is happy to assist by providing tracking information and guidance, but ultimate responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier once the package leaves our warehouse.
